When I needed to go to Ray's Service Center I always set aside, at least, 30 minutes because there will be a story or 2 involved. It didn't matter if you came to get your battery checked, new alternator, man or woman, black or white or just passing through you wanted to talk to Ray and listen to his stories. He was a good storyteller. Sometimes I thought I was actually there because his details of events were priceless. Ray was a very rich man in my book because of his generous heart. He always did something for nothing. There will never be another Ray Sampley, although Travis Brewer runs a tight race, his stories don't quite do what Ray's did. Thank you Ray for your kind, generous, and good hearted spirit. We need more like you. Rest in peace my friend. God bless. Prayers for you all.❤️
