Linda Lee Amos, 70, of Amarillo died Friday, June 7, 2019 in Amarillo.
Graveside Services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock with Rev. Glen Switzer, officiating.
Cremation & Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
Linda was born on July 11, 1948 in Shamrock to Jessie and Thelma Briggs Brewer. She was a resident of Shamrock, where she worked as a secretary for the city, before moving to Amarillo where she lived for 16 years. She was a member of the Calvary Christian Church in Shamrock. She enjoyed embroidery, playing the clarinet, and taking care of others. She was always happy to spoil her grandchildren and make sure their stomachs were full. She was also an amazing cook.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter Jennifer Amos; 1 brother; and 2 sisters.
Survivors include her son Russell Amos of Amarillo; and 2 grandchildren Sheldon and Breelyn Amos.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to a charity of your choosing.
