CLARENDON
SERVICES - 1:00 pm on Friday, April 24, 2009 in the First United Methodist Church in Clarendon with Rev. Terry Lowe, Pastor, and Rev. Dr. Janie Sue Noble, Daughter, officiating.
INTERMENT - Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Mr. Noble was born March 9, 1914 in San Augustine to Isaac Monroe & Susan Frances Noble. He married Mary Lee Buchanan on August 3, 1935 in Clarendon. He had been a resident of Lelia Lake and Clarendon most of his life where he was very active in the community, schools, and churches. He was a past member of the Lelia Lake Lions Club and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clarendon.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY- his wife on November 2, 2007; a child, Billie Jean Noble; his parents; 4 brothers and a sister.
SURVIVORS - a daughter, Rev. Dr. Janie Sue Noble and husband Frank Amon of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; 2 sons, Lacy Lee Noble and wife Jan of Pampa, and Isaac Noble of Arlington; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
MEMORIALS - The family requests memorials be to the First United Methodist Church in Clarendon.
