Janie,You and your family are in my prayers. Just remembering sharing "parent stories" over lunch -- wish we could sit and visit to "catch up."
Remembering your family on the lossof your precious Dad and Granddad.
As pastor of the United Metodist Church, Clarendon from 1972 to 1976, I found Lacy a gentle, relaxed person who was enjoyable to be around. He was supportive of my and my efforts, and I have valued my experiences which involved him over the years since I left Clarendon. My sincere condolences to the family over his passing. He and Mary Lee were good supporters in the church work at the time. Sincerely,Weldon Rives
Terry,Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Grandpa's are special.
Sorry for your loss
I have a lot of fond memories of Lacy and most of them were at the Saturday night suppers at the Lelia Lake Community Center when we first moved to Clarendon in the late 70'sSue Thompson
We were so sorry to hear about Lacy. I will always think of him and Mary Lee playing 42 with mom and dad. He will be missed. All of our prayers are with each and everyone of you. Shauna Lauderdale-Boltz, JR Boltz, Jeanie Lauderdale, and Mary Castner.
I will always Mr. and Mrs. Noble sitting in the same pew each Sunday. We all had our pew and if someone was not there everyone knew to be concerned and see if there was anything they needed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
I have great memories of Lacy over the many years I knew him. Sorry to hear of his passing.
Janie and Family, I was so sorry to hear about the loss of our precious "Poppa Bear" as we called him in our younger days. I want you to know that you are all in my prayers. Look to God for strength and comfort, and he will help you through this time of sorrow.Love, Kathy
