MEMORIAL SERVICES – 2:00 PM Friday, April 15, 2016 in the Robertson Funeral Directors Saints’ Roost Chapel in Clarendon with Bruce Cotton, officiating.
INURNMENT – will follow in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon.

Jimmie Don was born September 13, 1937 in Childress to Raleigh and Jessie Adams. He married Sue Pitcock Trimble on April 30, 1997 in Clovis, New Mexico. Jimmie Don graduated from Clarendon College and West Texas State University. He was a Coach and Teacher at Estelline for 11 years and later at Panhandle for 23 years. He had been a resident of Miami before moving to Lubbock 8 years ago.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – his parents; and a brother, Gary Adams.
SURVIVORS – his wife, Sue Adams of Lubbock; a brother, Steve Adams of Lubbock; 2 sisters, Paula Jacobs and husband Sammy of Amarillo, and Barbara Cosper and husband Sherman of Clarendon; 2 nieces, Whitney Cosper of Amarillo and Renee Mott of Clarendon; and his great nieces and nephew, Will Betts, Brandi Wann, Chancey King, and Phara Berry.
