I’m not even certain where to begin…James David loved little kids, dogs and the outdoors. I feel I witnessed James David at some of the worst times of his life and also the best times of his life. There were even a few times I feared for my life when we were together. I can hear his laughter about those times as we reminisced, his laughter will always be with me. When I was 10 years old he’d pick me up at my grandmother’s at 5:00 am to go fishing. Come lightning, thunderstorms or heat, we fished until we were sore and worn out. His best years were when he met BJ and they began their life together. Their home was always open to me and my family. The kindness and love he had for Jill, Payton and Paige was obvious. I’ll remember so many things about Jay, his gardens, his roses, his fish fries, his pets and his love. Goodness, he was so good to me and taught me so many things, I’ll forever miss him.
