Dear Chris, Terri and family,Earl was a dear friend and will be missed a great deal. He has been a big part of our lives since Leon worked with him at West Texas Utilities. Thinking back they only worked together a few years but he made such a big impression on Leon and helped him to get started in the utility business that Leon has always counted him as a friend. He is one of those people who becomes part of your life even if one knew him for a short time. He always had such a good sense of humor and always had a smile on his face.
