Adios to my old buddy. We’ve had more fun than any two grown men should be allowed to have. So many stories and memories. You’re going to be sorely missed but never forgotten!
My name is Steve Jackson, Dwight is one of my best friends. I met Dwight when I was in college we both were working at the same company Pacesetter. We soon became very close friends.
I'll never forget the first thing Dwight taught me was how to play backgammon hey was an excellent player after sometime I was able to beat him occasionally, but he definitely was superior. We moved in and we're roommates for many years. Another fond memory is Dwight, was the one that taught me how to really grill on a charcoal grill. We stayed up late nights grilling had so much fun. One of our other passions was playing foosball he was a very good player, but I have to say I got the better end of him in foosball 😆 I grew up in texas so we were both die hard Dallas Cowboys Fans. I will attach one of my favorite pictures of Dwight my wife and other friends. Dave our friend got us in to see a Cowboys vs the Falcons In his suite with the company, he worked for. Our parking was underneath the stadium where we had to get checked for bombs
We saw troy aikman and met a few old dallas cowboys that were super bowl champions, and they let us put on their rings. It was just a great time.
Dwight was one, if not the smartest person I ever knew he had the craziest and unique way about himself. If you know Dwight you know what I mean. Two other memories he taught me the coolest car trick. Ever actually made me wait a year to teach me 😆 and he passed down a recipe, then he called Hardin Wings i mastered that recipe and started calling it Jacksons Wings we joked about it. I will attach some pictures of the wings. Last i will forever miss my best friend. He is definitely in a better place RIP 🙏
I remember walking into allsups every time and he would be so nice to me and my sister he always had a big smile on his face no matter what and he always knew how to make people smile and laugh
