Vicki,I am so sorry I am so late with this, had no clue, I remember your mom and dad so well, as part of my young life. PaPa Clyde was so crazy about thim. Indio in those days was so wonderful! I am sorry for your loss, but know PaPa is waiting on him, all dressed in his nice Texaco uniform! God bless you!
It was with great sadness that I learned of Clyde's passing. My deepest sympathy to your family in the loss of your precious loved one. One of the great blessings of working with My New Best Friend was knowing Clyde. This dear soul brought sunshine into our lives with his loving nature and happy smile and he was greatly missed when he had to leave us. The sight of Clyde dancing during his late-nineties birthday party is a treasured memory. We thank God for the life of this good man.
We send our love and sypathy to the family, you are in our paryers. Bea
Dear Vicki, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. Your parents were always very special to me & always treated me with such respect. I know how hard it is to lose a parent, but we just rejoice that your dad is with the Lord. I had not heard of the loss of your mom, but I know she, too, is in a better place. Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.
So long, it's been good to know you, Uncle Clyde, from "Little" Lillie Lee.Shirley and Vicki, my thoughts are with you, as is my love.Lillie

He was a bundle of life every step of the way.God is holding your hand, and he is there to comfort you in the monthes and days ahead. We love you,JoAnne and James
We will sure miss our Uncle Clyde, but I guess the Good Lord and Aunt Dottie needed him more. Having lost our Dear Aunt Doris not that long ago this sad but I understand now they are together again as it should be.I'm sure everyone on this page of guest knew all the great stories Uncle Clyde shared with us over all over the years. Of course he was never above retelling some of them, but like watching one of your favorite movies you always wanted to hear them over and over as they were so good and funny.Uncle Clyde, fathered two of the prettiest girls in all of California and now Texas. They are both fine women and that is a tribute and the legacy of a good man We will miss you Uncle Barker!
Sincerest sympathy to the family of Clyde Barker. He will be missed. p4
Our sympathy to the family.....tho we know Clyde is rejoicing with his loved ones in heaven - God blessed him with a wonderful life on this earth - and two wonderful daughters. So sad, but what a comfort to know that our eternal home is secure - filled with more than we can think or imagine. We will always remember that wonderful smile - you chose the perfect picture. Be praying for all of you as you walk thru this time. God is good, always.
