OMG, I am so sorry. I Loved this guy. Worked with him for Penrod Drilling in the late 70's and early 80's. We road to work with a guy sometimes that drove very fast, Charley hatted it. He would say he was the only person that could leave for work 10 minutes late and get there 20 minutes early. Going to miss him so much !!!
