Canda Lee Henry, 59, of Detroit, TX, passed on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at One Way Church McLean. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean Read Obituary
Candi was a year younger than me,but we still hung out a lot. I lived 9 miles north of McLean on our farm. We didn't live to far apart. Candi was dating Craig Lee then and we use to have sleep overs at both of our houses. We use to sneak out and go back to town to hang out. Nothing sinister just wanted to have fun. One time when we came back to my house my dad was up and waiting for us. Cindi got a call in the middle of the night and we were both in trouble. Needless to say it didn't stop us from sneaking out. Candi was a great friend and I cherish those days. I love you Candi. God take you and you be in peace.
