Zachary Taylor Chapman's Obituary
Zachary Taylor Chapman, 21, of Hedley died Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Hedley.
Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 24, 2018 in the First Baptist Church in Clarendon with Rev. Matthew Stidham officiating. Burial will be in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00-7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Zach was born March 4, 1997 in Amarillo to Aaron Chapman and Jennifer Shults. In his early years he grew up in Rolla, Kansas then moved to Hedley where he graduated from Hedley High School. Zach was very hardworking, kindhearted, and dearly loved his family and friends. He enjoyed riding horses, joking, and always had a smile on his face.
Survivors include his father, Aaron Chapman of Hugoton, Kansas; his mother, Jennifer Floyd and step father Tony of Hedley; his brothers, Matthew Shults of Clarendon and Christopher Shults and wife Anais of El Paso, Cash Bumgarner of Amarillo; his sisters, Brandi Chapman and Kayla Chapman both of Dallas, Shaylee Miller and husband Brandon of Clarendon and Chancey King of Clarendon; his grandparents, John and Beverly Chapman of Keyes, Oklahoma, Dan and Mary Lou Shults of Van, Texas; Carolyn Shults of Clarendon; his step grandparents, Robin and Shirley Harmon of Hedley; a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends.
The family suggest memorials be sent to the Hedley FFA or Rowe Cemetery Association.
