Winnie Faye Vinyard's Obituary
Winnie Faye Vinyard, 96, of Shamrock died Sunday, December 16, 2018, in Shamrock.
Services will be Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Church of Christ in Shamrock with Max McClendon and Joe Jernigan officiating.
Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery, Shamrock, TX.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
Winnie Faye was born to Obed and Oshie Ray on April 5, 1922. She lived most of her life in Shamrock and was a graduate of the Shamrock High School Class of 1940.
She married Durward Vinyard on May 27, 1942. They had three sons, Philip, Darwin and Paul.
Winnie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son Philip; brothers Obed Jr. and Gene; and sisters Laura and Betty.
She is survived by daughter-in-law Elaine, Darwin & Tonya and Paul & Shanda, brother Donnie Ray and Shirley, a sister Billie Johnson, nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Viewing and visitation will be until 6:00 PM Monday, December 17, 2018.
The family will be at 305 W. 2nd. Shamrock
