CLARENDON
SERVICES- 2:00 pm Saturday, December 8, 2012 in the First Baptist Church in Clarendon with Rev. Melvin Brooks and Elder Jeff Riles, officiating.
INTERMENT- Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Willow was born January 2, 1941 in Panola County to William Ellis and Cora Lee Weatherton. He married Dora Lee Jenkins on July 21, 1960 in Center. He attended Clarendon and Wellington schools. He had worked as a rancher and fencer until he recently retired. He loved playing dominoes, fishing, cooking, hunting, riding around with his wife, and being around his friends and grandkids. He was a member of the St. Stephens Baptist Church since 1975.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - his parents; a brother Johnny C. Weatherton, and a son in law, Wally Moore.
SURVIVORS - his wife; 9 children, Kennon Polly and wife Ollie of Center, Faye Bryley of Clarendon, Loyd Weatherton and wife Deanna, of Clarendon, Floyd Weatherton and wife Evie of Ralls, David Weatherton of Clarendon, Glenn Weatherton and wife Mary Ann of Clarendon, Lynn Moore of Clarendon, Clemmon Weatherton of Clarendon, and Mandy Brown and husband Chris of Clarendon; a son in law, Kenneth Bryley of Clarendon; 47 grandkids; 51 great grandkids; a sister, Cora Bell Smith of Amarillo; 2 brothers, Howard Weatherton of Memphis and Bonnie Ray Weatherton of Amarillo; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
