SERVICES – will be Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church in Clarendon with Rev. Matthew Stidham officiating.
INTERMENT – will be in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon, Texas.

Wesley Monroe “Buddy” Ford was born July 28, 1936 in Lakeview to Siro Monroe and Edna Ruby Beavers Ford. He worked mostly as a Cement Contractor, although he had numerous other skills and trades. Buddy married Mary Katherine Johnson on January 14, 1955 in Clarendon, and after her death in 1988 he married Helen Brown on July 24, 1989 in Clarendon. Buddy greatly enjoyed his family. He attended the First Assembly of God Church in Clarendon.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – his parents; first wife, Mary Ford, in 1988; and 13 brothers and sisters.
SURVIVORS – his wife, Helen Ford of Clarendon; 1 son, Quinton Ford of Clarendon; 6 daughters, Elaine Boozer & husband Don of Pflugerville, Sharon Cannon & husband Rickey of Clarendon, Terri Hommel of Clarendon, Pat Ritchie & husband Mike of Clarendon, Karen Watt & husband Keith of Hedley, Kim Haire of Clarendon; 1 brother, Bubba Ford & wife Mary of Clarendon; 2 sisters, Helen Ford and Sue McDonald, both of Lake Texoma; 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
VISITATION – The family will receive friends for a time of visitation Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.
MEMORIALS – In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to the Kidney Foundation.
