HEDLEY SERVICES- 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 20, 2007 in First Baptist Church in Hedley with Rev. Bruce Howard, Pastor, officiating. INTERMENT - Rowe Cemetery in Hedley. Mr. Quisenberry was born June 27, 1906 in Richland Springs, Texas to Joseph William and Florence Elizabeth Burleson Quisenberry. He married Jewell Anna Dickson on October 31, 1931 at Hollis, Oklahoma. He had been a farmer, drove heavy equipment for Donley County, and managed the Hedley Lumber Company. Before moving to Hedley in 1919, Brownie had lived in Goodnight next to Col. Charles Goodnight. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hedley. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - his wife, Jewell Quisenberry on August 9, 2007; his parents; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters. SURVIVORS - 1 son, Jack Quisenberry and wife Carroll of Winona, Texas; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
MEMORIALS - The family request memorials be to Hedley Senior Citizens, Rowe Cemetery Association, or the Hedley First Baptist Church.
