Wanda Corrine Fourier's Obituary
Wanda Corrine Fourier, 89, of McLean died Monday, February 4, 2019, in Wellington, Texas.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 9, 2019 in Buffalo Cemetery in Sweetwater, Oklahoma with Thomas Peppers, officiating. Burial will follow in Buffalo Cemetery in Sweetwater.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Wheeler.
Wanda was born October 14, 1929 in Modesto, California to Robert and Paralee Ayers Barfield. She married Kenneth Edwin Fourier on February 21, 1953 in Sweetwater, Oklahoma and always followed Kenneth everywhere. She had been a resident of McLean since 1978 and was a member of the First Baptist Church in McLean where she did volunteer work. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on December 16, 2016; and a brother, Harry Barfield in 1984.
Survivors include a son, Scot Fourier and wife Linda of Bremerton, Washington; 2 daughters, Crystal Smith and husband Richard of Dayton, Ohio and Barbara Fourier of Sweetwater, Oklahoma; a sister, Roberta Smith of Hart; 5 grandchildren, Amy Wolfe and husband Alex and LeAnn Rogers all of Casper, Wyoming, Bethany Rogers of Pampa, Dawson and Savannah Fourier of Bremerton, Washington; and 2 great grandchildren, Owen Swafford and Katherine Scott both of Pampa.
