SERVICES - Graveside at 9:30 am on Monday, February 6, 2006 in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon with Rev. Truman Ledbetter, Baptist minister from Claude, officiating. INTERMENT - Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon. Mrs. Williams was born in Lakeview, Hall County, Texas to W. R. and Prudie Crowder Scott. She married Harry Williams in September 1933 at Hollis, OK. She owned and operated a beauty shop in Dumas for several years and then taught at the Amarillo Beauty School for several years before retiring. She lived in Enid, OK for approximately 10 years before moving to Ganado, TX in October 2000. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband on July 19, 1981; by a son, Billy James Williams on October 1, 2000; and by a grandson, James L. Williams on June 25, 1989. SURVIVORS - a daughter, Helen Andel of Ganado, TX; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
