BIOGRAPHY: Virginia “Jean” Hill was born December 6, 1926 in Kelton, TX to Luther Jesse and Ruth Thompson Ledbetter. Jean married Harald Hill on April 22, 1944 in Hollis, OK. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1980. Jean loved to sew and to quilt…She also enjoyed cooking and canning. She moved to Hollis in 1980 and had lived in Amarillo for the past 4 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother; Bill Ledbetter and two sisters, Vera Lister and Mary Ledbetter.
