Uvon Marilyn Todd, 90, of Memphis, Texas died Saturday, December 21, 2024 in Childress, Texas.
Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, December 27, 2024 in the Memphis Church of Christ with Jim Dixon, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis.
Viewing will be held Thursday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis, Texas.
Uvon was born April 26, 1934 in Burns Flat, Oklahoma to Allen and Beth Beck Hall. She married John Gordan Todd on July 8, 2002 in Lubbock. She had worked as a bank teller early in her adult life, then was a housewife and mother. Uvon had been a resident of Memphis the last 22 years. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, going out to eat, and yard work at her house. She attended the Memphis Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Allen Hall; and her sisters, Hazel McLaughlin, Doris Eckroat, and her twin sister, Evon McCabe.
Survivors include her husband, John Todd of Memphis; her son, Ron Heidebrecht and wife Cindy of Georgetown, Texas; a step son, Chris Todd of Amarillo; a step daughter, Barbara Czosnek and husband Chris of Amarillo; 9 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
The family request memorials be sent to the Memphis Church of Christ or Childress Regional Medical Center Hospice.
