BIOGRAPHY- Troy was born April 21, 1957 in Brownfield, Texas to Troy Herman and Virginia Jean Day Turner.
Troy lived most of his life in Memphis, Texas. He was a Baptist.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – his parents.
SURVIVORS – his daughter, Angelia Mahan of Hedley; 2 sons, James Kyle Turner of Huntsville and Troy Jeremy Turner of Lubbock; 1 brother , Dale Turner of Amarillo, Texas; 1 sister, Dorothy Fuentes of Amarillo, Texas; and 3 grandchildren
