Troy Gene Allison died Monday, April 30, 2018 in Amarillo, TX.
Services will be Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church, Shamrock, with Rev. Mark Howard, officiating.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
Troy was born January 1, 1949 in Quanah to Gene and Faye Bishop Allison. He had lived in Shamrock since 1965 moving here from Hedley. Troy had worked as a beef processor, an oil field welder, restaurant worker, Pasley’s and at Hasty’s. He was always willing to help out and he never complained. Troy was a member of First Baptist Church where he helped with the TV cameras and met you every Sunday morning with a smile and a church bulletin.
Survivors: 2 Sons-Ben Allison & Adrienne of Bentonville, Ark.; Matt Allison & Jennefier of Dumas.; 1 Brother- Conlee Allison of Shamrock; a nephew, Travis Allison; 4 Grandchildren, Darby, Preston, Timothy and Rabeka Allison
