Stephen Lyle Francis' Obituary
Stephen Lyle Francis, 64, of Wheeler died Monday, July 29, 2019 In Wheeler.
Services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Cornerstone Church in Wheeler. Burial will follow at Gageby Cemetery in Hemphill County.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Wheeler.
Stephen was born September 8, 1954 to Zane Grey Francis and Margaret Ilene Reames in Pampa, Texas. He spent most of his life working in the oilfield. Stephen was a huge fan of western and action movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his son, Shane Sparlin of Sayre, Oklahoma; one brother, Anthony Francis of Wheeler; one sister, Noveta Atherton of Wheeler; three grandchildren; and nine nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers that donations be sent to the Wheeler Volunteer Fire Department.
