I was EMS Director at Hall County EMS many years ago and Shirley was one of Hall County EMS board members. Very nice pleasant person to talk to and a great ems board member and helping ems services grow in Memphis Texas. My wife and her we're close friends and enjoyed sitting down and speaking with her. She shall be missed by me and my wife. R.I.P. Shirley.
