There are not enough words to describe how amazing, sweet, and funny Samara was. I’m truly so blessed to have known her and have been close with her in high school. Even after high school, we checked in on each other and talked about the most random things. I’ll miss sending the craziest hairstyles and talk about all the fun things going on in her life. I’ll miss being able to call her “Sammy” and “Mara” even though she disliked it so much. I always got on Mara’s nerves, but she loved me anyway. She helped me to learn and play the ukulele, she was always by my side, she was always there, and I’m just so grateful for all of our memories and our friendship. I love you so so much, Mara girl.
To the family, I‘m extremely sorry for your loss and can’t imagine the level of pain you’re feeling right now. Y’all are truly strong people. The pain you feel right now does not compare to the eventual joy that WILL come (Romans 8:18). Love y’all!
