Sage was born December 10, 2015 in Pampa to Todd and Teresa Jones Schwalk.
SURVIVORS- his parents, Todd and Teresa Schwalk of McLean; and 3 sisters, Jasmine Terra Schwalk, Elizabeth Diane Schwalk, and Jessie Lee Schwalk all of McLean.
