AMARILLO SERVICES- 11:00 am Friday August 5, 2005 in Robertson Chapel of Memories with Rev. Bryan Knowles, Pastor of the Community Fellowship Church of Clarendon, officiating. INTERMENT- Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon Mrs. Mobley was born in Dalhart and raised in Donley County. She attended Lelia Lake schools, and was the Salutatorian of the Lelia Lake class of 1947. She married Luther Edward Mobley on June 19, 1949 at Hedley. She had been an Amarillo resident for the past 55 years. She was a homemaker and a member of a non-denominational church. She had battled with cancer the past several years. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - her husband in 1995; a son, Donald Mobley in 1982; a daughter, Pat Atkin in 2002; by 4 brothers and 1 sister. SURVIVORS - a son, Michael Mobley of Amarillo; 2 daughters, Debbie Lomax of Amarillo, and Martha Gay Tomlinson of Amarillo; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. MEMORIALS - BSA Hospice in Amarillo.
