GRAVESIDE SERVICES – 10:00 AM Friday, September 9, 2016 in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley with Rev. Anthony Knowles, officiating.
INTERMENT- Rowe Cemetery in Hedley.
ARRANGEMENTS - Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Lois was born July 24, 1917 in, Johnson County, Burleson Texas to Marshall and Fannie Stone. She married Paul Lair and he preceded her in death on December 13, 1973. She loved the Hedley Cotton Festival. Lois worked at Levines in Amarillo for 20 plus years. Lois was a member of the First Baptist Church and dearly loved her church. The family would like to extend a special thanks to McLean Care Center and Kindred Hospice.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – her parents, her husband, 3 brothers; Bill Stone, Emory Stone and James Stone; 1 sister; Pauline Stone Koontz; a son Carrol Boyd Stout, a grandchild, Nicole Ann Dwight and great great grandchild, Madison Ann Marie Powers.
SURVIVORS –her son James Wesley Stout, Jr. and wife Sharon from Westminster, California; daughter Betty Joyce Dwight of Hedley; 4 grandchildren, Danny Dwight, Paul Dwight, Kirk Dwight and wife Beverly and Timber Lee Potts and husband James Edward; 5 great grandchildren, James Lee Potts and wife Stacy, Tessa Lee Dwight Powers, Haley Dawn Dwight and Josh, Christopher Paul Dwight, and Kristen Nicole Dwight; 2 great great grandchildren, Chevy Jayden Miller and Tristan Caden Powers
