Ruby Jane Jaramillo's Obituary
Ruby Jane Jaramillo, 79, of Claude died Friday, March 24, 2023 in Claude.
Memorial services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, April 1, 2023 in the Claude Methodist Church with Rance Young and Anthony Jaramillo, officiating. Private family entombment will be held Friday at Llano Cemetery Mausoleum in Amarillo.
Viewing will be held Thursday at Robertson's in Claude with the family receiving friends for visitation from 2:00-4:00 PM.
Arrangements are by Robertson Claude Chapel.
Ruby was born August 27, 1943 in Claude to George Royce and Bessie Mae Case Byard. She married Lorenzo Jaramillo on July 14, 1962 in Clarendon. She had been a lifetime resident of Claude and Armstrong County. She was a beautician and owned her own beauty shop for 20 years prior to her retirement. She enjoyed collecting pictures of her grandkids, loved jewelry, and cooking. She was known for her amazing angel food cakes. She was a member of the Claude Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and 4 brothers.
Survivors include her husband, Lorenzo Jaramillo of Claude; her sons, Martin Jaramillo of Claude and Rodney Jaramillo and wife Bobbi of Salt Lake City, Utah; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family request memorials be sent to Claude Methodist Church.
