Roger Dale Finch, 72, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020 at his home in Clarendon, Texas. A Celebration of Life for Roger will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 8th, 2020 at Rob Read Obituary
I was just thinking of Rodger today ... sure miss our private messages we used to share so often. I regret not traveling down from Denver to visit him one more time. Roger was a man who would extend his hand of fellowship and help to whoever crossed his path. I'll miss him until we meet again in glory.
Roger, rest in peace my dear friend. Praying peace to bring comfort to the family, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.

Roger edited my books way back when I was a naive rookie. I’m saddened. He sure loves his family. He worried and cared for so many. I will remember him fondly-forever!
I've known Roger all my life, and his friendliness and charm and caring for others in need was what you could always depend on. In fact, that was Roger, someone you could always depend on. My friend, Roger, you will be missed greatly, but you will live on in our hearts. Until we meet again.

I can remember when my kids and I were at church one Sunday and my kids were 2 and 4. My daughter ran up to Roger and held up her arms saying "Papa". The kids loved him at church and seeing around town. I know I will miss his smiling face and his positive attitude that he always had. Clarendon lost a very special person who never met a stranger. You will be missed Roger.
