I worked with Robert in USDA as a meat inspector. He was a good person and was a talented artist. He could set down and draw a sketch of an individual pretty quick. I did not know he passed until today. I give condolences to the family I want to thank him for his service to our country during the Vietnam war and may he RIP.
Although I have not seen Robin in years, I remember our growing up years. Pray he rests in peace.
