Robert Coleman Chadwick, 92, of Shamrock, Texas died Friday, August 25, 2023 in Shamrock.

Bob was born February 19, 1931 in Borger, Texas to Temple Coleman and Vera Tarwater Chadwick. He married Lillis Louise Wells on October 6, 1951 in Borger. He had been a resident of Shamrock since 1983. He worked as a truck driver, worked in sales, owned J's Canway and Greyhound Bus Station in Shamrock from 1983-1998, and the City of Shamrock. He enjoyed fishing, watching black and white westerns, and being with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife in 2006; a brother, James Lee Chadwick; a sister, Dortha Ann Flores; two grandchildren, Kendra Jo Chadwick and Brittany Deon Browning; a great grandchild, Joe Moreno, Jr.
Survivors include his son, Larry Coleman Chadwick and wife Michelle of Amarillo; his daughter, Diana Nall and husband Jim Bob of Shamrock; 4 brothers, John Thomas Chadwick of Dallas, William Dale Chadwick and wife Joyce of San Angelo, David Gene Chadwick of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Jerald Ray Chadwick and wife Arlene of Amarillo; a sister, Karen Sue Simmons of Amarillo; 6 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be sent to Pampa Special Olympics c/o Shannon Loter / 2236 N. Russell, Pampa, TX 79065, American Kidney Fund, American Heart Association, or Susan G. Komen Fund for the Cure.
