Richard Wayne Stotts' Obituary
SERVICES – 10:00 am Saturday, November 15, 2014 in The Chapel at Fairview Cemetery in Memphis with Rev. Charlie Floyd, officiating.
INTERMENT – Fairview Cemetery in Memphis, TX.
ARRANGEMENTS - Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
A reception will be held after the service at 11:30 am Saturday at the First Bank & Trust Bronze Room located on the square in Memphis.
Richard was born May 21, 1938 in Memphis to Dick and Christine Stotts. He grew up in Hedley and had been a resident of Donley County most of his life. He was a farmer and rancher and showed cattle professionally since he was 14. He was an avid fiddle player and was a member of the American Angus Association and the Martin Baptist Church. In September 2014, Richard competed in his 64th Tri State Fair showing Angus cattle.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – his parents.
SURVIVORS – his son, Robert Stotts and wife Kristina of Saint Jo.
