Pedro Garcia's Obituary
Pedro Garcia, 60, of Memphis died Saturday, February 6, 2021 in Amarillo.
Memorial services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in the First Baptist Church in Memphis. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis with Rev. Daniel Downey, officiating.
Viewing will be Tuesday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis.
Pedro was born January 28, 1961 in Tyler, Texas to Victor and Francisca Garcia. He married Gloria Saenz on February 10, 1982 in Memphis. He had been a resident of Memphis most of his life and worked at Can-Tex Feeders. He loved fishing, barbeque, and had an infectious laugh. His family was his life. He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather. His kids and grandkids were the joy of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and numerous brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria Garcia of Memphis; his daughters, Hermelinda Lopez of Plainview, Jessica Castillo and Mel Yochum both of Memphis; his brothers, Victor Garcia of Amarillo and Greg Garcia of Paducah; his sisters, Armandina Garcia, Francis Garcia, and Florence King all of Edinburg, Pauline Garcia of Amarillo, and Rosemary Busby of Memphis; 11 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
