Pauline Dorman passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with family by her bed side.
Pauline Semrad Dorman was born in Amarillo, Texas, November 13, 1930, daughter of Christina and John Semrad. She spent her youth with her four brothers, Paul, Robert, Jack, James and three sisters Eleanor, Dorothy, Mary Alice. She met one of the seven Dorman brothers, B.F. Dorman who had served in the U.S. Army during World War II in France. He came home and married Pauline on February 14, 1948. She lived her adult life in Amarillo, Texas. Their family of four moved to Pampa, Texas in 1966 and resided there for 45 years. After 61 years of marriage, B.F. passed away March 6, 2009. Pauline moved to Wheat Ridge, Colorado in 2011 to be close to her family.
She is survived by her daughter Cathey Sealey (son-in-law Robert Sealey) of Evergreen, Colorado, grandson Justin Dorman of Amarillo, Texas, grandson Ryan Sealey (granddaughter in-law Kristin Sealey), granddaughters Christina Miramontes and Jessica Sealey, great grandson Vincente Miramontes and great granddaughter Zoey Pauline Sealey, two sisters Eleanor Sampsell of National City, California, Mary Alice Taylor of Ramona, California and brother James Semrad of Tucson, Arizona.
B.F. and Pauline’s son Randall Lee Dorman passed away, August 21, 2008.
A memorial will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 810 W 23rd Ave, Pampa, TX 79065, on Saturday, November 4, 10:00 AM. She will be laid to rest in the family cemetery plot in Citizen’s Cemetery, Clarendon, Texas at 1:00 PM, next to B.F. and Randy.
