Patricia "Pat" Ann Cullum's Obituary
Patricia “Pat” Ann Cullum, 77, of Amarillo, left Earth for Heaven on December 15, 2025.
Services will be held Monday, December 22, 2025, at South Georgia Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Martin and Gary Beauchamp officiating. Graveside services following at Memory Gardens.
Pat was born in Mendenhall, Mississippi, on July 17, 1948, to J.C. and Mary “Nell” Jones. She graduated from Duncan High School in 1966. On December 30, 1967, she married the love of her life, Doyle Cullum. They moved to Amarillo in 1972. There she ran her own childcare business.
Pat was known for being a caregiver. She cared for many, many children throughout Amarillo. She loved her family and pets. She was also a follower of Christ. Her strong faith is something that she instilled in so many people.
She was preceded in death by her husband Doyle, her parents J.C. and Mary Nell Jones, two sisters, Mary “Janette” Jones and Stella “Joyce” Keeton, and one brother, Glen Jones. Two nephews, Jimmy Jones and Johnny Jones, two nieces, Tiffany Swafford and Rene May.
Pat is survived by her children Angela Paine (husband Jay), Darrell Cullum (wife Jacqueline), Amanda Maurer (husband Jason), and Sarah Torres (husband Steven). Grandsons: Johnathon Paine (wife Nohely), Judd Cullum (fiancée Marti), Cy Cullum, and Presley Cullum. Granddaughters: Kaitlyn Paine, Kelsi Paine, Charlie Kirk, Emily Torres, Payleigh Maurer, Kashleigh Maurer, Lauren Torres, Brixleigh Maurer, and Maezleigh Maurer.
