SERVICES - 2:00 pm on Friday, June 13, 2008 in the United Methodist Church in Claude with Rev. Janet Edwards, Pastor, officiating.
INTERMENT - Claude Cemetery in Claude.
Otha was born March 16, 1923 in Hedley to Ulysses Grant and Mary Belle Mangus Koontz. She married Robert Gordon Eddleman, Jr. on May 27, 1942 in Claude. She had been a resident of Armstrong County & Claude for many years. She loved her home and family was her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church in Claude. She was a devoted mother & grandmother.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY- her husband, on December 13, 1980; her parents; and several brothers & sisters.
SURVIVORS- 3 daughters, Kathi Holland of Turpin, OK, Gail Thomas of Spanish Fort, AL, & Karen Templeton of Dumas; a son, Kenny Eddleman of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren, Brit Thomas, Brad Thomas, Craig Sandlin, Tamara Roberts, Todd Templeton, Lynn Holland, Whitney Holland, Lindsey Eddleman, Eric Eddleman, & Leslie Eddleman; 6 great grandchildren, Carolina Sandlin, Cole Roberts, Carson Roberts, Rob Thomas, Ariel Benegas, & Kenlie Bordayo; and many nieces & nephews.
MEMORIALS - The family request memorial contributions be made to the United Methodist Church in Claude or to the Claude EMS.
Viewing will be from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm starting Thursday until service time Friday.
