They packed their meager belongings and headed west to the Texas Panhandle near Allison, Texas to start their family and life together. She served the Lord all of her life. To this union, was born Clifton Wayne, Curtis Ray, Willie Vance, Forrest Glenn and Juanita Kay Boydston.
There were many good times, a few hard times, but always plenty of love to hold them together. She lost the love of her life on October 27, 1985. Opal missed her husband terribly but continued to be a leader in her family and to diligently serve her Lord and Savior.
