I have known Norbert most of my life. Not that long ago, he send some remarkablephotographs of afteroon sunsets near Shamrock. He was an avid photographerof ourdoor Texas.I knew he had been quite ill for some time. I am sad to note his death. Grace and Peaceto him and all who mourn.

Norbert was a very warm and kind person. He could always make others smile and bring joy to their life. He will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
