Mary Jane Hillman's Obituary
CLARENDON MEMORIAL SERVICES- 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, in the Robertson Funeral Directors Chapel of Memories in Clarendon with Rev. Lance Wood, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. INURNMENT - Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon. Ms. Hillman was born October 13, 1921 in Donley County to J.R. & Mary London Beaty Hillman. Jane attended West Texas State University after which she became employed at the Donley County State Bank in Clarendon. She was an employee of the bank for 53 years. She was a cashier and officer of the bank before her retirement. For the past six years she had been a resident of Hansford Manor in Spearman. Jane had been cared for by her niece, Sherry Moore, formerly of Clarendon. Jane will be remembered as being helpful and very loving toward not only family but the community as well. To know Aunt Jane was to Love her. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY- her parents, J.R. & Mary Hillman; a brother, Beatty Hillman; one sister, Margaret Nell Hillman; and a brother-in-law, H.C. Shaw. SURVIVORS INCLUDE- one sister, Joann Shaw of Clarendon; two nieces, Carrie Shaw of Clarendon, & Sherry Moore and husband Terry of Spearman; a great niece & nephew; a great-great niece and 2 great-great nephews.
MEMORIALS - The family requests that memorial contributions be to Hansford Hospice in Spearman or the American Cancer Society.
