Margarita Marines, 80, of Memphis died Saturday, November 27, 2021 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM Thursday, December 2, 2021 in Robertson Funeral Directors Heritage Chapel in Memphis. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Friday, December 3, 2021 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Memphis. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis.
Margarita T. Marines, daughter of William and Manuela Torres, born in Robstown Texas on June 28th 1941. Margarita often moved from Robstown to Memphis for migration work with her family. In the summer of 1960 she married Jesus Marines and officially resides in Memphis Texas where she would start her family. With 3 children Margarita would stay as a housewife but soon would start her career in the health care industry for 30 years. She then became a 25 year sales representative for Avon. During that duration though Margarita was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. She would then be in the care of her son Juan and granddaughter Monica in Robstown Texas until her passing.
Margarita will join her husband Jesus Marines and son Jesus Marines Jr.
She will be leaving behind her son Juan (Antonia) Marines. Raynaldo Marines and Del Alaniz . Her granddaughter Monica Garcia. Her grandson Jesus R. Marines. Her three great-grandchildren Autum and Adrianna Garcia, and Kaaya Ramirez. Four sisters and two brothers.
