VEGA SERVICES- 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, in the First United Methodist Church in Vega with Minister Brad Thompson, officiating, and Jerry Keeley assisting. Musical arrangements provided by the Southwest Church of Christ singers.
INTERMENT - Memorial Park Cemetery in Vega. Mable, as she was lovingly known, was born July 7, 1921 in Rolla, Kansas to Everett Grant & Freda Hintergardt Tracy. She married Albert Day Thompson December 21, 1941. She had been a resident of Vega most of her life before moving to Clarendon in 1999. She was a secretary and clerk for SPS prior to her retirement. She was active in the Senior Citizens Association. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Vega. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY- her husband, Albert Day Thompson, on May 20, 1998; her parents; a brother, Merlyn. SURVIVORS - 2 sons, Marvin Thompson and his wife Sue of Clarendon, & Jerry Ray Thompson of Calistoga, California; 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, & 1 great-great grandchild.
