Loyd John Becker, 87, of Memphis died Friday, November 23, 2018 in Memphis. Funeral services will be at 1:30 P.M. Monday, November 26, 2018 at First United Methodist Church in Memphis with Rev. Marcy Garza, officiating. Interment Read Obituary
Loyd is a very distant memory growing up, we visited his parent’s home often. Years later we would often see each other at reunions. Living in other states and not being around each, as happens to a lot of us, we lost track. I do know he always visited my parents every time he was in the area. They enjoyed those visits so much. In later years, on occasion I was at my parents when he would stop by on a trip. He was a caring, thoughtful man and kept in touch with his family and cared for his family. He will be missed by all.
