Lori Ellen (Harmon) Brooks' Obituary
Lori Ellen (Harmon) Brooks, 63, of Wheeler, TX went to her Heavenly home on December 15th, 2025 in Wheeler after a long illness.
Lori was born October 7, 1962 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo, TX to Carroll C. Harmon and Patrica C. (Green) Williams. She graduated high school in Trenton, MO then spent many years in Amarillo. She was a resident at Wheeler Nursing Home in Wheeler for the last few years. Lori loved Jesus and she loved to sing church songs, doing crafts, playing bingo, and watching old classic movies.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia C Williams; 4 grandparents; a nephew and great nephew.
She is survived by her daughter, Selah Harmon of Amarillo, TX; her father, Carroll Harmon Sr of Mississippi; 2 sisters, Rebecca Harmon of Cedar Rapids, IA; Trisha Thompson and husband, Fred of Amarillo; 2 brothers, Martyn Harmon of Amarillo, and Carroll and Bo Harmon, Jr of Texas; 8 nieces; 8 nephews and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A special mention to Selah’s grandmother and father, Connie and Ray and a huge thank you to all the Wheeler Nursing home and Hospice for taking care and loving her. Lori will be dearly missed.
