Loreva Davis Ross' Obituary
Loreva Davis Ross, 92, of Amarillo died Thursday, August 25, 2022 in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, August 27, 2022 in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon with Rev. Larry Capranica, officiating.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Loreva was born December 16, 1929 in Hedley to Vernon and Bonnie Taylor Davis. She graduated from McLean High School. Loreva was a resident of Amarillo for 74 years where she worked in Human Resources for Affiliated Foods in Amarillo prior to her retirement. She loved roses, being outside, and yard work. She also loved music and could play piano by ear. Loreva always told her daughters, "If you have a bad day, make sure to put your lipstick on." She will be deeply missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and 3 brothers, Donald, Billy, and Doyle Davis.
Survivors include her daughters, Deana Pennington and husband Rick of Murphy, TX, Teresa Blasingame and husband Ted, Renee Mott and husband Larry, and Melinda Leven and husband Eric all of Amarillo; her brother, Johnny Davis of Clarendon; her sister, Juanelle Scott of Olney; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family request memorials be sent to the Alzheimers Association.
