Linda was born in Portland, OR, on October 28, 1954, to Monty and Deeanna (McCarter) Duncan. She was a graduate of Pottsboro High School. While working in the Texoma Medical Center business office in Denison, TX, she met her husband of 46 years, Billy Lynn Fuller. Later, they had two sons together, Brian and David. After a brief stint in Pampa, TX, Linda and Bill moved to McLean in 1986. Throughout the years in McLean, she worked several jobs. Most notably, Linda served as a dispatcher for the shamrock Police Department and as Post Master Relief in the McLean post office. For the last several years, Linda was a member of One Way Church.
Linda loved all animals and is known for raising French Bulldogs and Norwich Terriers which were sold across the United States and abroad. She also raised show chickens and enjoyed having cattle and horses. In her later years, Linda thoroughly enjoyed sewing. There are many children in McLean and surrounding areas that received gifts of blankets and various handmade goodies made by Linda.
Linda was referenced by many names: Mom, Momma Fuller, Miss Linda and various others. “Nana” was her absolute most favorite though. She had a love for her “lil Grandbabies” beyond comprehension. She loved her family tremendously, but certainly loved the Grandkids the most!!
Linda is preceded in death by her father, Monty Duncan and her son, David Lynn Fuller in 2018.
Linda is survived by her husband, Bill Fuller of McLean; son, Brian Fuller and wife, Courtney, of McLean; daughter-in-law, Valerie Fuller of Clinton, OK; mother, Deeanna Duncan of Norfolk, NE; brother, Paul Duncan and wife, Sandy, of Norfolk, NE; 5 grandchildren, Savvye, Eli, Boone, Cerys, and Kael Fuller; and 3 nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to McLean ISD or McLean FFA.
