Linda Carter Davis' Obituary
Linda Carter Davis, 71, of Wheeler died Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in Wheeler.
Private family graveside service will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 in Mulberry Cemetery in Sweetwater, Oklahoma with Rev. Larry Mitchell, officiating.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Wheeler.
Linda was born January 12, 1950 to Isaac and Barbara Puryear Carter. She married Gary Davis in 1973. He had been a resident of Wheeler most of her life. She was a teacher for Wheeler and Sweetwater schools prior to her retirement. She loved teaching, educating, and reading.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Gary in 2018.
Survivors include her son, Shane Davis and wife Sarah of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Charli and Xander; her niece, Hannah and her nephews, Alexander, Jackson, and Chris.
The family request memorials be sent to the Wheeler Volunteer Fire Department.
