Lillian was born May 18, 1943 in Lamar, Colorado to Edmund “Shorty” and Agnes Finley Bishop. She married Jack Stafford on August 24, 1970 in Beaver, Oklahoma. She grew up in Walsh, Colorado and lived on a farm outside of town until she was 11 years old. She then moved to Amarillo and finished school there where she was a graduate of Amarillo High School. She tried to be a comedian at times but was a hard worker being a custodian until she got sick and retired. She loved old country music and loved to cook.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – her parents.
SURVIVORS – her husband, Jack Stafford of Skellytown; son, Ricky Annett and family including his three children, Andrew Grieco, Cassandra Lymburner, Breanna Perriman and their kids; son, Bill Annett and his children, Brandon, Leah, and Chelsea; daughter, Tronnie Houghton and her boys, Johnathan, Aaron, Caleb Houghton and grandchildren, Alexander and Phoenix; a step daughter, Janice Albracht and family; 3 brothers, Dee Bishop, Deanie Bishop, and Orlan Bishop.
