Larry K Organ's Obituary
Larry K Organ went home to be with the Lord Thursday, September 25, 2025 after a brief illness. He lived his life loving the Lord and knowing that someday he would be reunited with his Creator.
Larry was born October 16, 1956 in West Covina, California to Kay Gene (Meyers) Evans and John L. Organ. On July 24, 1976 Larry married Sherry Crawford of Pampa, Texas . She was his first and only love, constant companion and soul mate. They lived an adventure filled life together for 49 years. They have 2 children, Kimberly (Organ) Gaither of McLean, Texas and Kevin Organ of Pampa, Texas. Larry’s greatest joy was his two grandchildren Sawyer and Shelby Gaither.
Larry was a lifelong conservative and spirited conversationist. He relished every opportunity to “Educate” any friend or stranger about politics….and never let a “Good Conspiracy Theory” go to waste.
Larry was a “Perfectionist” and took great pride in any endeavor he took on. He had successful careers in Welding, Roofing, Insurance Sales, and later on was a Rancher in the Texas Panhandle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Kenneth Wayne Evans of Midland and Dad….Bob Evans of Midland, Texas.
Larry is survived by his wife Sherry (Crawford) Organ, daughter Kimberly (Organ) Gaither and husband Cecil Gaither of McLean, Texas, son Kevin Organ of Pampa, Texas, brother John Organ and wife Laura Organ of Robert Lee, Texas, brother Bobby Evans and wife Karen Evans of McLean, Texas, sister Brenda (Evans) Hinson and husband Jim Hinson of San Angelo, Texas, sister Sherron Tigrett and husband Bill Tigrett of Amarillo, Texas, two grandchildren Sawyer and Shelby Gaither and numerous family members. He leaves behind his faithful 4 legged companion “Bella”.
The family will have a private graveside service at a later date.
