Kenneth Wayne Cook, 30, of Wheeler, died Monday, October 1, 2018.
Memorial services will be held at Cornerstone Church in Wheeler, on Monday, October 8, 2018, at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Erron Mercer officiating.

Kenneth was born in Pineville, Louisiana to Christy Duke on January 2, 1988. He had been a resident of Wheeler for 7 years, coming from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, after growing up in Louisiana and Mississippi. He married his wife Amanda, April 14, 2017, in Biloxi, Mississippi. Kenneth was the rock for his family and they were his life. He was a loving husband and father.
He was preceded in death by his Paw, Coy Gomez; 2 grandmothers, Carol Gomez and Irene Mayeux; and a younger brother, Shawn Gomez.
Survivors include his wife, Amanda Cook, of Wheeler; his mother, Christy Duke, of Biloxi, Mississippi; 2 sons, Ryan and Austin; 2 daughters, Tessa and Mackenzie; 1 brother, William Cook, of Biloxi, Mississippi; 3 uncles, Dewayne Gomez, Brian Gomez, and Randy Rusk; 1 brother-in-law, Adam Robles; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
